Shipping & Delivery

When Your Order Shows Up (And How to Track It)

Once you place an order, the clock starts. Here’s the realistic picture of what happens next.

Processing. Orders are typically processed and handed off to the carrier within a business day or two. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking information once the label is created. If you don’t see it, check the spam folder — it happens more often than anyone would like to admit.

Delivery time. For domestic orders, the standard window is 3 to 7 business days after the order is processed. That’s the normal range, not a guarantee carved in stone. Weather, carrier delays, and peak seasons can stretch it. If something looks stuck, the tracking number is the first place to look, and the support team is the second.

Shipping costs. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Occasionally there are free-shipping thresholds or promotions — those are shown on the site when they’re active, no hidden conditions.

International. We currently focus on domestic shipping. If you’re outside the main service area, the checkout will let you know whether delivery is available to your address. We’re working on expanding, but we’d rather be honest about the current footprint than promise something we can’t deliver.

Wrong address or missed delivery. If you realize the address is wrong after ordering, reach out as soon as possible. If the package hasn’t shipped yet, it can usually be corrected. If it’s already in transit, the carrier may be able to redirect it, but that’s not always possible. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to sort out next steps.

Bottom line: most orders arrive without drama. When something goes sideways, the contact page is the place to start.
